Hawkins Running creates individual training plans and provides advice suitable for beginners to elite level athletes and offers the following options:

12 week training programme
- A one-off personalised training plan. This is ideal for athletes looking to prepare for a specific event, or those who require less regular coaching contact.
- 12 week personal training program emailed or set up on e.g. Garmin Connect with detailed explanation of each workout
- Initial coach-runner discussion to establish current level and goals, previous training and racing history and any other relevant lifestyle factors
- Advice on how programme can be adjusted e.g due to injury/illness or changes in race plans)

- Initial Coach-runner discussion to establish current level and goals, previous training and racing history and any other relevant lifestyle factors
- Expert analysis of training and racing plans
- Regular feedback via email, Garmin Connect etc
- Further communication after each feedback restricted to how program can be adjusted e.g due to injury/illness or changes in race plans.

Full Coaching
- Comprehensive running coaching comprising of weekly personal training programme
- Personal training programme emailed or set up on e.g. Garmin Connect
- Email/phone access for feedback, advice and questions throughout the week
- Initial coach-runner discussion to establish current level and goals, previous training and racing history and any other relevant lifestyle factors
- Advice on race planning, lifestyle and cross training
